- Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, managing customer issues

- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, building exterior, dumpster and boardwalk, including removal of trash within containers to proper dumpster site(s).
- Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
- Assists store manager with accounting and banking responsibilities.
- Records and is accountable for store funds while running a shift.
- Maximizes labor when running a shift by adjusting staffing to meet standards.
- Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication when interacting with all customers and employees.
- Contributes to store goals for food and labor costs.
- Regularly communicates store goals for food and labor cost.
- Regularly communicates store and employee concerns with store manager in an effective manner.
- Ensuring that orders are filled properly; monitoring portion sizes, food temperatures and maintaining overall quality of product.
- Knowledge of the menu and substitutions

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Accessibility to a personal (not public) vehicle with secure, dependable and reliable transportation in order to make deposits.
- Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 75Ibs. From one area to another).
- Attendance and Punctuality a must.
- Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
- Basic math skills.
- Complete training certification.
