What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Pollard Residential Waste Services?
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about products or services
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Note: Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
