Full job description
Pay Range: $20 To $25 per hour
We are currently seeking Customer Specialist to join our team. This position is on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum, one year of customer service experience environment - preferably in the food service sector.
- Offer excellent customer service through verbal and written communication skills in an office environment.
- Excellent People and communication skills
- Remain flexible and adapt to new situations and tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and secure confidential information.
Daily activities:
- Input, orders, and returns into the ERP system.
- Follows up on customer complaints, back orders, and shipment status, etc.
- Updates and maintains customer database within ERP and other systems as well.
- Assists customers with products and requests.
- Assists sales department with customer support including order entry.
- Maintains confidentiality with customer information.
- Provides support to management as needed.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Most importantly, it is your responsibility to create a safe, happy, and enjoyful workplace and of course to get the job done.
