Full job description
Pay Range: $18 To $22 per hour
We are currently seeking Customer Specialist to join our team. This position is on-site.
Requirements:
Minimum, one year of customer service experience environment - preferably in the food service sector.
Offer excellent customer service through verbal and written communication skills in an office environment.
Excellent People and communication skills
Remain flexible and adapt to new situations and tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to maintain accurate records and secure confidential information.
Daily activities:
Input, orders, and returns into the ERP system.
Follows up on customer complaints, back orders, and shipment status, etc.
Updates and maintains customer database within ERP and other systems as well.
Assists customers with products and requests.
Assists sales department with customer support including order entry.
Maintains confidentiality with customer information.
Provides support to management as needed.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
