What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trades Talent Acquisition Partner position at Polk?
Trades Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re looking for a hands-on recruiter who understands the trades and knows how to connect with hardworking people. The Trades Talent Acquisition Partner is all about building real relationships, earning trust, and bringing skilled tradespeople onto a team they can be proud of.
This role goes beyond posting jobs and filling seats. You’ll be out there talking to welders, pipefitters, plumbers, and service techs—listening to what matters to them, selling the opportunity honestly, and making sure they have a great experience from the first call to their first day on the job.
If you’re someone who can talk shop, hustle for talent, and represent a strong company culture with pride, this role is for you.
