What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker position at Polk County Social Services?
Polk County Social Services has an opening for a Social Worker in our Crookston office. This position will primarily provide Adult Protective Services. Responsibilities also include working with individuals with disabilities, conducting assessments, and providing case management services. Applicants must be Minnesota Merit System eligible and available for selection from a Merit System roster.
