- High School or GED, four-year college degree preferred and/or professional experience in data analysis
- Valid Florida driver's license
- *FCIC/NCIC Certification
- Successfully complete RTCC Analyst Training Program
- Demonstrated proficiency of keyboarding 35 wpm with no more than 5 errors
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word, Windows, and use of the Internet
- Works in a fast-paced office environment with variable levels of stress
- Works on a rotating 12 hour shift
- Exposure to life threatening situations and events while assisting with calls for service
- Works with a great deal of autonomy requiring discretion and decision-making
