Accountability Coordinator
$60,000 - $80,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Accountability Coordinator:
The Accountability Coordinator for Polk County Schools focuses on increased student achievement through the strategic preparation and analysis of student information. The coordinator will ensure schools are trained to use the NC student information system effectively and that student accounting practices are followed. Accurate student information is important for school and district operations. The Coordinator will also be responsible for planning, administration and analysis of required local, state, and federal testing. Accurate assessments are necessary to ensure the results are an accurate reflection of the work being done by Polk County’s students and teachers. Working with school and district leaders to analyze test results as a component of academic growth is a very important aspect of this position.
Areas of Focus for this position: PowerSchool, Admissions, State System Access Control, School Calendars, Required Testing Administration & Reporting, EVAAS, Online Learning, EL Services, Records Management.
