Rresponsibilities
Supervise food production and services to insure meals served will nutritionally meet federal and state requirements (this responsibility is unique to cost center where employee is housed)
Maintain standards of sanitation regarding grooming, clothing, food handling and equipment
Maintain cost control through planning guides, standard recipes, district menu planning, inventory, work schedules and meal analysis records (this responsibility is unique to cost center where employee is housed)
Responsible for daily deposits of all food service collections
Assess the need for replacement of equipment/supplies
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Other duties as assigned by site administrator
