WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Expertly cut, trim, portion, and prepare a variety of premium meats.
- Utilize professional knife skills and meat-cutting equipment to deliver precise, high-quality cuts.
- Prepare and package meat products according to company quality standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper meat-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Work efficiently with your team to meet daily production demands.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous professional meat cutting or butchering experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various meat cuts.
- Experience working in meat processing, wholesale meat distribution, butcher shops, or similar food production environments.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper meat handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
- Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
