POLITICO is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support the HR team with a focus on Workday administration, data management and reporting. This internship offers hands‑on experience in HR systems, analytics and day‑to‑day operational support within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Who You Are
- You’re a rising junior or senior currently enrolled in an accredited university
- You’re interested in Human Resources, HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics
- Provide administrative support within Workday, including data entry, updates, and system maintenance
- Assist with HR data management and audits
- Partner with HR team members on ad hoc projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and systems
- Technically curious with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms (prior exposure to Workday or similar systems is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on experience supporting an global enterprise HR system
- Exposure to real‑world HR operations and data‑driven decision‑making
- Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and build transferable skills
