System Administrator/Training Facilitator

We’re looking for a multi-talented, self-sufficient teammate who loves solving problems in the field and working hands-on with technology and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, administer and support Linux environments, virtual machines, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems

• Create and deliver training for customers and partners

• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting

• Assist with documentation, SOPs, and readiness planning

• Support live demonstrations, field deployments, and trade events

• Help integrate new hardware and partner technologies as our ecosystem grows

• Wear multiple hats and contribute where needed

What You Bring

• Practical experience in Linux system administration and networking

• Confidence operating and supporting hardware in real-world environments

• Strong communication skills, including training less-technical users

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic team

• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents

• Willingness to travel and represent DEN Systems professionally

• Passion for supporting mission-critical operations and real-world impact

Nice to Have

• VoIP configuration experience

• Familiarity with LTE/5G, mesh networking, or satellite communications

• Basic cybersecurity understanding

• Experience supporting disaster response or field operations

• Comfort assisting with equipment logistics and prep

• Public safety, defense, or healthcare technology exposure

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $62,000 to $68,000, depending on experience
