PoliStaff is seeking energetic, professional, and motivated individuals to join our field team as Paid Political Canvassers. Canvassers will engage voters directly through door-to-door outreach on behalf of confidential campaign and public affairs clients throughout Broward County.
This position is ideal for college students, recent graduates, and individuals seeking entry-level experience in political campaigns, government, and public affairs.
- Conduct door-to-door voter outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Communicate campaign messages clearly and professionally
- Distribute campaign literature and informational materials
- Record voter interactions accurately using campaign technology
- Meet daily contact goals and reporting requirements
- Represent PoliStaff and its clients professionally at all times
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with voters from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods in South Florida weather
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Must possess a smartphone capable of running campaign applications
- Experience using VAN (Voter Activation Network) or similar campaign software
- Previous campaign, political, advocacy, or customer service experience
- Interest in politics, public policy, or community engagement
