✨ About the Role


We are hiring a proven, people-first leader to manage our flagship location and serve as the operational heartbeat of Polished. This is not an entry-level role; it’s a position for someone who has already stepped into leadership and is ready to elevate a growing brand.


As Club Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, coach and hold the team to high standards, and build an elevated salon culture that clients return to week after week. Your leadership will directly impact retention, revenue, and reputation.

✨ Key Responsibilities


Lead daily operations. Own the rhythm and flow of the salon, overseeing reception duties, ensuring appointments run smoothly and clients have a polished experience from start to finish.


Build and manage the team. Interview, onboard, and coach nail techs—fostering a high-standards, high-trust environment where everyone can thrive.


Drive performance and profit. Track KPIs, meet quarterly goals, and have an opportunity to earn bonuses when salon targets are met.


Model strong leadership. Set the tone with clear, compassionate, and direct communication—holding staff accountable while supporting their growth.


Uphold brand standards. Ensure every guest receives exceptional service aligned with our core values and luxury brand identity.


Manage schedules and coverage. Create and maintain the team schedule to meet client demand and optimize staffing.


Track and manage inventory. Order supplies proactively and maintain an organized, well-stocked space.


Handle client communication. Respond to concerns, resolve service issues, and ensure every client leaves feeling taken care of.


Represent Polished in the community. Attend events, build local relationships, and serve as the face of the brand in Waco.


Contribute to our social media presence. Regularly share team content and client transformations via our shared photo album.

✨ Salary and Compensation


Annual Salary of $45,000 depending on experience.


Starting probationary period of set hourly pay to support opening tasks. We anticipate part-time hours for the first 30 to 45 days of this position. 


Eligible for 10 days of PTO annually and quarterly bonuses after 6 months of employment.


Eligible for healthcare stipend and sponsored professional development training after 12 months of employment.
