Hourly Rate: Starting at $15
Hours Required:
Part time position 15 - 20 hours. Evenings and Saturdays are required. Hours may exceed inside or outside for training, special events, peak appointment times and additional shift coverage as requested. Shifts are at the discretion of Polished.
Defined categories are as follows:
Guest Services
- Answering phones, booking appointments and maintaining up to date client records
- Keeping an updated client profile with contact information in the online booking system
- Retailing to and cashing out guests
- Ensuring a pleasant guest experience through phone, email and in house interaction
General Office Duties
- Opening and closing accountability
- Keeping a consistent overall tidy and sanitary environment in coordination with Polished’s standards of cleanliness and tidiness
- Overseeing completion of daily tasks within shop and creation/delegation of additional cleaning/sanitation responsibilities
- Keeping laundry and sanitation on schedule
- Money/drawer accountability, handling change and tips
- Completing weekly cleaning and organizational tasks as requested
- Basic overseeing of OSHA and NYS compliance standards
These job outlines are subject to change based on the needs of Polished. Quarterly reviews of job performance in accordance to the employee handbook will be enforced.
