What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Cleaner position at Polished Housekeeping Services?
What to Expect:
Your day will start at your first clients home. You will have the Polished way of cleaning under your belt and will follow the outline of services for each home you care for within the time allotted! High/low dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and occasionally changing bed linens. Every day, our team is encouraged to add their own Polished touch to ensure that the clients homes they are caring for are really feeling our hospitality! After all, our motto is 'Bringing Hospitality Home!'
Your attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for our clients is a daily requirement, whether it's tidying up the pillows on the couch or arranging the kids stuffed animals on their beds, to bringing in packages off the porch- your special considerations are what separate us from the rest!

Must Have:
- Excellent time management skills to make sure each home gets the attention it deserves.
- A friendly and warm demeanor—after all, you're representing us in our clients' homes!
- Ability to be on your feet all day, as this job is very physical!
- Ability to work independently, but also enjoy being part of a fantastic team.
- Reliability is key. Our clients trust us, and we want to build that trust with you.
- Flexibility in your schedule is a plus, as we sometimes need help on weekends or special occasions.

- $17- $25/hour additional tips. Our techs average $21/hour base pay additional tips.
- Accrued paid time off earned after first 6 months of employment.

- Flexible schedule - work as little as 16 hours/week anytime M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, or up to a full 40 hours/week schedule.
