Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Workshop Facilitator based in the Orlando, FL area. The Workshop Facilitator will be responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating workshops aimed at equipping participants with skills and knowledge to address social challenges. The role includes conducting interactive training sessions, facilitating group discussions, and fostering an engaging and empowering learning environment. Collaboration with team members to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of programs is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences and encourage participation
- Experience in leading Workshops and providing impactful Training sessions
- Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to design and implement innovative approaches to learning
- Highly skilled in relationship building and fostering a collaborative environment
- Prior experience in social impact, community engagement, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to adapt content and approach to meet the needs of diverse participants
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
