Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the health care, legal, personal injury, professional and products liability fields.
- Handle matters from intake, discovery and assistance with all aspects of trial work up.
- The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the partners of the firm to develop trial strategies and will be offered the opportunity to participate in trials.
- Get to know and work closely with our clients
- CA State Bar License and in good standing
- 0-10 years’ experience
- Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent writing, speaking and advocacy skills
- Able to work independently
- Well organized
- Responsible
- Energetic
- Disiplined
- Experience helpful, but for the motivated candidate, we will train
