Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective Medicare leads.
- Qualify prospects based on basic eligibility and interest.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified opportunities to licensed agents.
- Maintain accurate notes and lead records in company systems.
- Follow all company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Represent Policy Pulse Innovations professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong phone communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales support environment.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in Medicare, insurance, or call center environments is preferred.
- Ability to follow compliance requirements and approved scripts.

Skills
