At Poli LED & Signs, we’re not just a retail store — we’re powering Miami’s builders, designers, and creators with the lighting solutions that fuel the city’s growth. With thriving stores in Doral and Dania Beach (and Hialeah on the horizon), we’re scaling fast. To keep pace, we need a Sales Operations Manager who can turn our $4M/year foundation into a $20M /yr powerhouse.
You will work closely with the founder team at @residencesupply, an existing 8-fig e-commerce business to expand this retail operation.
This is not a “sit back and manage” role. This is leadership system building B2B expansion. You’ll rebuild how sales works at Poli — designing processes, implementing tech, training reps, and building partnerships with contractors, woodworkers, electricians, and sign shops across South Florida.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a multi-store sales team — train, coach, and hold reps accountable.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent with structured training programs.
- Set and track daily/weekly sales goals (calls, follow-ups, new accounts).
- Run weekly sales meetings — review performance, refine strategies, celebrate wins.
- Implement and manage a CRM with clear dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Build SOPs for sales activities: outbound calls, B2B outreach, retail hand-offs.
- Drive B2B growth by targeting contractors, cabinet shops, electricians, and sign shops.
- Support marketing campaigns with coordinated sales pushes.
- Track competitors and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
- Act as a player-coach: lead by example, jump in, and close deals when needed.
- Collaborate with Ops & Purchasing to align sales promises with inventory and delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous iteration.
Who You Are
- Tech-driven sales leader who loves systems, CRMs, automations, and data dashboards.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) → must be able to lead teams and close business in Miami’s market.
- Comfortable exporting data and working with tools like VOIP systems, Google Sheets, and inventory software.
- Hands-on manager who’s proven they can grow sales teams and revenue.
- Works best with ambitious, entrepreneurial peers — hungry to iterate and win.
- Doesn’t need industry background, but must be obsessed with building and scaling.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60K–$70K
- Commission Bonuses: Potential tied to organizational targets (to be discussed)
- Full-time, Miami-based, in-office leadership role

- 3 months: Sales playbook CRM system in place; team hitting activity goals.
- 6 months: Revenue growth in Miami stores; multiple B2B partnerships established.
- 12 months: Multi-store sales org running smoothly; Hialeah expansion launched with sales systems pre-installed.
