Role Description
This is a full time, on site Project Manager position located in Orlando, FL. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This role carries direct accountability for financial performance, including budget management, cost control, forecasting, and overall job profitability. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project schedules, leading communication with clients and stakeholders, driving team accountability, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations while upholding company standards for execution, ownership, and results. We are looking for a high performer who takes full ownership of outcomes, solves problems early, communicates clearly, and leads from the front. This role is best suited for an A player who is highly organized, detail oriented, competitive, and committed to delivering projects successfully without excuses.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills to lead, execute, and complete construction projects effectively
- Demonstrated accountability for project budgets, cost control, forecasting, buyout strategy, and financial results
- Ability to lead teams with urgency, discipline, and follow through while holding others accountable to commitments
- Experience managing procurement and expediting to ensure materials and subcontractors stay aligned with the project schedule
- Inspection and quality assurance capabilities to maintain adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Logistics management experience to streamline workflow, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination, subcontractor management, and client communication
- Ability to work on site in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and a high standard of performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, accounting related field, or a related discipline is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and relevant industry software is desired
