We center culturally responsive care and support clients in understanding how identity, systemic forces, and lived experience shape mental health. Our work integrates relational, feminist, and psychodynamic approaches with evidence-based modalities.
The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Associate interested in receiving licensed, PhD. level supervision to work with clients experiencing identity-based stress, marginalization, and common mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. This is relational, meaningful work within a supportive, values-driven team environment.
You Are
- Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (MSW, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
- Committed to anti-oppressive, culturally responsive practice
- Experienced or interested in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA , and marginalized communities
- Comfortable engaging identity, power, and systemic dynamics in clinical work
- Reflective, relational, and collaborative
