Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a valid Real Estate License to join our Property Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with Real Estate Agents, offer innovative solution, and grow within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate and Short Term Rental Market. This is a flexible remote position with some travel between Tampa and Rotunda West.
Duties
- Conduct direct sales of our model to listing agents
- Listing familiarity with Vrbo, AirBnB, Booking
- Present offers to achieve favourable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with property management teams when applicable, coordinating viewings and client inquiries
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and transaction details
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License in good standing is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Demonstrated marketing skills to effectively promote listings.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior real estate administrative experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
