We are a local marketing firm looking to employ a detail-oriented Account Representative. Our company is responsible for developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships between our clients and their consumers; therefore, the Account Representative should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Primary duties include interacting with customers face to face to handle direct sales, processing orders, and providing information about our clients' products and services. The Account Representative will also attend daily meetings to further product knowledge and to strengthen personal development in order to improve clientele knowledge and understanding. Must have reliable transportation to commute to work.
Duties:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service
- Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive buying experience
- Maintain knowledge in regards to wireless technology, devices, and plans
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
- Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain sales floor standards such as housekeeping and presentation
- Establish new accounts for our clients while maintaining and servicing existing accounts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to multi-task and work independently

Compensation Package:
