We are a growing security company which covers accounts all throughout the state of Maine. We provide unarmed security, armed security, and armed security patrols.
We here at Polaris Security LLC are currently looking to hire a few candidates for a assignment in Scarborough. There are two shifts available. We are looking for 2 full time immediate hires. Starting pay is from $18.50 - $20 per hour. This is a unarmed job site.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Observing for smoke/fire and potential security issues;
-Keep unauthorized people out of the assigned site
- Reporting all smoke/fire and potential security issues to Dispatch immediately.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks or suspicious activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have driver's license with clean background and reliable transportation to get to and from work.
