Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Account Manager, based in Westerville, OH, with opportunities to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Pharmacy Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our pharmacy services, and driving client retention. They will work closely with healthcare providers, coordinate medication solutions tailored to clients’ needs, monitor account performance, and support customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account management skills
- Experience in customer service and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of pharmacy services, healthcare operations, or pharmaceutical regulations
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other workflow management systems
- Team collaboration and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in long-term care, healthcare, or pharmacy services is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
