Job Overview

Polaris Logistics is hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers to help meet Amazon package demand during the busy holiday season! This position runs October 15th through January 10th with opportunities for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

As a Delivery Driver at Polaris Logistics, you will drive a company cargo van to deliver Amazon packages safely and on time. We provide training, an ease-in period, and a support team to help you succeed. Apply if you like independent work, are metric oriented, and want to stay active!

Shifts & Schedule:

• Seasonal, Full & Part Time
• 3–5 days per week (depending on your availability)
• Start Time: 10:40 AM
• End Time: typically 6:40–7:30 PM (most drivers work 8–9 hours)
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday for the first 30 days, then minimum 1 weekend day ongoing)

Compensation:

• $21.75/hour
• Paid bi-weekly with On-Demand Pay options
• Paid training on completion

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Drug test required (We do not test for marijuana/THC)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and walk 5-10 miles per day with/without accommodations

Safe driving and excellent customer service are essential. No prior experience required—we provide training! FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, and other delivery driver experience welcome.

• We are located off of 132nd and Cornhusker. Can you reliably commute to this location?
• Amazon, runs 7 days a week, which makes us require both weekend days for the first month (Saturday/Sunday) and one weekend day after that. Would that work for you?
• We start at 10:40AM and a shift is around 8.5 hours which means you could end at 7:10PM or later, depending on when you finish your route, does that timing work for you?
• Have you worked or still work for another DSP? If so, which one(s)?
• A full route can be 180-200 stops, 300-400 packages, packages weighing up to 50 lbs, going up flights of stairs, and 5-10 miles of walking. Can you perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation?
• This position requires a pre-employment drug test (note: testing does not include marijuana/THC). Are you willing to complete this screening if offered the position?
