The Role
- Start as an Appointment Setter, learning the foundation of the business.
- Advance into a full Closer role with uncapped commissions.
- Work in the most lucrative solar market in the country — California, where commissions are significantly higher than the national average.
- Travel with blitz teams, experience camaraderie, and immerse yourself in an environment built for growth.

Compensation Options
We offer two paths, based on your preference and performance potential:
- Commission-Only Track
- Average first-year reps earn $90,000–$120,000 .
- Top performers consistently earn $150,000–$300,000 annually.
- Unlimited growth with no cap on earnings.
- Salary Small Commission Track
- Base salary plus smaller commission structure.
- Provides stability while still offering performance incentives.
- Ideal for those newer to sales or wanting a more gradual ramp-up.
