Job Details
- Routes: East of I-35, regional, weekly average 2,500
- Freight: Dry van, 100% no touch, mostly drop and hook
- Equipment: Brand new Freightliner Cascadia (2026), fully loaded, assigned

Training Course
With Us, new drivers get 100% paid, one-on-one training with our top mentors and drivers, to get them comfortable and confident on the road. This is a period between 4-6 weeks, during which our trainees are paid up to $850 every week until they are ready for solo driving.
Pay and Home Time
- Average earnings of our solo drivers after training $1,600-$1,800
- Get home every week, or bi-weekly
Our Minimum Job Requirements
- Valid Class A License
- Satisfactory Driving Record
- A minimum of 120h of instructions in an accredited CDL school
- Full DOT and FMCSA compliance
