What You’ll Do
- Own Tier 2/3 escalations across M365, networking, and endpoint environments
- Perform onsite support and project implementation across metro Atlanta.
- Troubleshoot and manage VPN configurations across Fortinet, UniFi, SonicWall, and Zyxel
- Deploy, maintain, and document firewalls and network infrastructure
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune, and Autopilot
- Work closely with our help desk and backend engineers to close tickets and improve processes
- Jump between roles when needed — this is a small team and everyone wears a few hats
- Communicate clearly and confidently with end users, executives, and vendors
- Execute server replacements and network rack installations independently without onsite supervision.
What You Bring
- 3 years in a Tier 2 MSP or MSSP role, ideally with client-facing work
- Native English Proficiency: Required for clear, high-pressure communication with our professional and medical clients.
- Strong understanding of VPNs and site-to-site tunnels across multiple vendors
- Hands-on experience with firewalls: UniFi Dream Machine Pro, FortiGate, SonicWall, Zyxel
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with RMMs (NinjaOne a plus), ticketing (Freshdesk), and documentation (Hudu)
- Outstanding people skills — you listen well, explain clearly, and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to take ownership, improve processes, and represent Polar Nite onsite
- Must live within 30 minutes of Woodstock, GA and have reliable transportation
Compensation
- Starting at $25/hour
- Higher rates available for candidates with advanced experience, certifications, or exceptional skill

- HIPAA or cybersecurity awareness training/certification
- Familiarity with Huntress or other EDR/XDR platforms
- PowerShell scripting or Intune configuration experience
- Experience supporting VMware/Hyper-V.
