About the Role
We are seeking a Seasonal Field Coordinator to join our team at Raven Camp, Greenland.The Camp Coordinator will assist the Camp Manager with operations of Raven Camp; a 2-person camp at ~7,000' elevation on the Greenland ice sheet. They will work with staff, Air National Guard 109th personnel and researchers to ensure successful implementation of tasking daily. Raven Camp is used for Air National Guard 109th flight training missions from April β Augus

Community Engagement:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the local community.
- Supporting the local economy by sourcing supplies and coordinating services with local businesses.

General Support:
- Assisting with passenger transport.
- Deploying to camps or villages as needed to support operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in administration, customer service, and/or data management.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Valid US driver's license and passport

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hazardous material shipment certifications (e.g., 49CFR, IATA DGR, AFMAN)
- Experience with remote site and/or polar logistics operations
- Sewing and field gear repair skills

Compensation:
- Competitive weekly salary: $1,227 - $1,480
- Hourly health and welfare benefit: $4.22/hour for the first 40 hours worked each week (included in weekly salary)
