The Role
Keep mission-critical equipment and facilities running in the Arctic. You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of assets in a challenging, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair snowmobiles, power generation systems, and heavy-duty vehicles

Use computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs

Execute preventive maintenance; complete logs and work reports

Collaborate across station teams to support safe, efficient operations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
5 years maintaining tracked heavy-duty equipment
-
5 years facilities maintenance (welding/fabrication experience)

Proficiency with diagnostic software, tools, and Microsoft Office

Able to drive trucks, snowmobiles, and other polar vehicles
-
Meet physical demands (confined spaces, extended standing, extreme cold)

Valid U.S. passport and driver's license
Compensation & Benefits

$2,600 - $2,900 per week (salary)

Employer-covered travel to/from Greenland
