Cargo Coordinator

Join our team at Summit Station, Greenland to keep critical science moving. You'll manage the flow of supplies and equipment to/from a remote Arctic observation site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with the Kangerlussuaq cargo team

• Organize, distribute, palletize, and document cargo

• Lead aircrews during offload/onload operations

• Uphold safety protocols and regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3 years in remote/field environments

• 1 year in aircraft cargo operations

• Valid U.S. passport

Preferred

• 2 years planning remote cargo/supply movements

• Aircraft load planning & hazmat transport knowledge

• Prior polar/remote logistics experience

• HazMat certification (e.g., 49 CFR, IATA DGR, AFMAN)

Schedule & Compensation

• Deployment to Summit Station, Greenland

• Typical rotations: Apr–Jun and Jun–Aug

• Minimum 54 hours/week

• $1,500–$1,900 per week Pro Deal Program

Salary : $1,500 - $1,900
