Requirements

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification (required); NATE certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug testing and background screening
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, train, and take direction
• Positive attitude, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail
