Polar Dive USA is one of the fastest-growing cold plunge brands in the U.S. We’ve scaled aggressively and are now building an in-house growth and creative team.
This is an in-person, Miami-based role. You’ll spend a few days a week in our Brickell / Downtown office and the rest of your time out shooting and creating content on location (gyms, homes, studios, events, etc.).
You’ll work directly with the founder (who runs media buying) to create the content that drives our growth.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own all short-form content and ad creatives for TikTok and Instagram.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role.
Your job is to:
Plan, shoot, edit, and ship a constant stream of high-performing TikToks, Reels, and ad creatives.
What You’ll Do
- Produce 25–40 short-form videos per week (TikTok IG Reels).
- Create multiple ad-ready variations from each idea (different hooks, lengths, captions).
- Own our TikTok & IG presence: posting cadence, captions, hashtags, covers, basic comment replies.
- Review performance data with the founder and turn learnings into new creative tests.
- Build and manage a small UGC creator pool (customers, influencers, athletes).
- Keep an organized content library with clear naming so we can quickly find and scale winners.
- Create short clips/GIFs for landing pages and email.

- We’re posting multiple TikToks/Reels every day without being chased.
- We always have fresh ad creatives ready to test.
- Your videos become top performers in the ad account or give us clear learnings.
- Our TikTok/IG channels feel alive, consistent, and clearly positioned in the performance/longevity space.
You’re a Great Fit If…
- You live on TikTok/IG and study hooks, pacing, and trends.
- You’re a doer: filming and editing is your default, not delegating.
- You care about results (sales, ROAS, CPA) more than vanity metrics.
- You move fast and love iterating: 5 good versions > 1 “perfect” edit.
Requirements
- 2–4 years creating TikTok/Reels/short-form content (brand, agency, or creator).
- Strong portfolio with vertical video, ideally including ads or performance content.
- Proficient with CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut (or similar).
- Comfortable shooting on phone with basic lighting.
- Strong written English for hooks, captions, and on-screen text.
- Experience with DTC/ecom brands or wellness/fitness.

Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000–$105,000 depending on experience.
