Quality Engineer/Quality Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer / Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes for our small aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the aerospace industry and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems specific to aerospace component manufacturing.
• Prepare Quality procedures, forms and work instruction
• Issuing Quality Alerts
• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production of small aerospace components.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in aerospace quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field prefer.
• 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Proven experience in a quality engineering or quality management role within the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
