What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Extract Forklift Driver position at Polar Beverages?
Overview: Move product by loading & unloading trailers. Schedule is Monday thru Friday 11:30am to 8pm.(training will be on days M-F 7:00am-3:30pm)

Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of trailers
- Putting away raws materials/extracts/additives
- Cleaning extract storage areas
- Cycle counting
- Picking and staging daily extracts
- Compliance of all company GMP’s, rules and regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Capable of working 10 hour day
- Minimum 6 - 12 months of forklift experience (where 80% of work day spent on forklift)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
