Polar Bear Exterior Solutions is looking for motivated, dependable people to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers.

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay: $25 Bonus

Our canvassers have the potential to earn $52,000– $55,000 per year through hourly pay and bonus.

Your job will be to visit local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, identify potential exterior home improvement needs, and set appointments for services including:

• Roofing
• Windows
• Siding

We'll provide training and help you develop the communication and sales skills you need to succeed.

YOUR CAREER PATH

STEP 1 — CANVASSER

Potential Earnings: $52,000–$55,000

Learn the business, develop your communication skills, set appointments, and consistently hit your goals.

This is where you build the foundation.

STEP 2 — VAN MANAGER

Potential Earnings: $75,000–$100,000

Prove you can consistently produce and you may have the opportunity to move into leadership.

Van Managers run teams of canvassers, help train new employees, develop future team members, and take on greater responsibility—with greater earning potential.

STEP 3 — SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Potential Earnings: $150,000–$300,000

Consistently succeed in leadership and you may have the opportunity to move into our professional sales department.

Successful sales representatives can build six-figure careers, with top performers earning $150,000–$300,000 per year.

• Represent the company professionally
• Track your activity and results
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
