Role Description / Qualifications
Established litigation law firm located in the Chicago loop is looking for a full time experienced legal assistant. Applicant who has Plaintiff personal injury/workers compensation background experience is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
The qualified candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter who is extremely responsible, highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a great work attitude and be a team player. He/she must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to work effectively in a small firm environment without direct supervision. Some light receptionist work may be required on occasion. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task and prioritize work loads from multiple attorneys. Our firm offers great opportunity to learn. Proficiency with Word and Excel is required.
