Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff during breakfast service, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory control for breakfast ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Oversee food safety practices in compliance with health regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service delivery and seamless communication during busy morning hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production within a busy restaurant or hotel setting, with a focus on breakfast or brunch service.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a culinary environment.
  • Strong background in food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, menu planning, and catering operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, shift management, and restaurant operations.
