What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Assistant position at Pokey Brimer Auto Sales?
We are currently hiring a Clerical Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will assist our sales staff with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. No prior automobile experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist salespeople with paperwork
- Check customers in and assist with credit applications
- Answer incoming phone calls and take messages
- Capture photos of available inventory on the lot and upload them to the website
Qualifications:
- Must type at least 40 words per minute
- Dependable and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work late (at least until 6:00 PM)
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- No prior automobile experience required, but a willingness to learn
