Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service while taking food orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS .
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring correct cash handling and register operations.
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards, including basic food preparation and operating kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, including bussing tables, cleaning counters, and managing food safety protocols.
- Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Assist in retail sales transactions when needed, supporting overall store operations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus.
- Strong skills in cash register operations, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions.
- Experience in food preparation, food safety management, and handling kitchen equipment is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math proficiency for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately.
