Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pokémoto Staff. As a member of our staff, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing safe and high-quality poké bowls, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while upholding our core values.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to our Service value
- Prepare and assemble poké bowls according to established recipes and standards, ensuring compliance with our Standard value
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times, prioritizing our Safety value
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes and equipment
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Contribute to sales efforts and upselling strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle food items following proper hygiene standards
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
