Aloha! We are looking for dynamic team members for the Pokemoto in Hingham. Pokemoto is a steadily growing, culture rich franchise aiming to become a global brand.
Pokémoto offers Hawaiian style poké bowls, burritos and boba tea in an island vibe space that translates to a quick, healthy, affordable, and most importantly delicious food experience.
As a Team Member - Service/Cashier, your enthusiasm and dedication will create a welcoming environment for customers as well as others on our team.

Duties
- Guest-focused customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge (handwashing, cross-contamination prevention)
- Time management and multitasking during peak hours
- Attention to detail and order accuracy
- Cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and build guides
- Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming, friendly experience
- Prepare poke bowls accurately according to build charts and portion standards
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and proper holding temperatures
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients, prep stations, and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, dining area, and restrooms
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Respond to guest questions, special requests, and concerns professionally
