Restaurant Team Member (Food Prep & Customer Service)

About the Position
Poke Toki is looking for reliable, dependable team members who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right people who are willing to learn and work hard.
All team members are cross-trained in both food preparation and customer service. Daily responsibilities will vary depending on individual strengths and the needs of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble food orders
* Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
* Take orders and operate the register
* Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
* Restock supplies and help with opening and closing duties
* Support teammates wherever help is needed

Schedule
Monday through Saturday
* Morning: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Evening: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* Full day: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Full-day availability is preferred, but part-time schedules are available.
Saturday availability is required, with rotating weekend shifts.
Compensation
* Base pay: $13.75/hour plus tips
* Estimated total earnings: $15–$19 /hour, depending on customer volume
* Opportunity to earn more as our Kentwood location grows
* Paid training provided
