Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food preparation, customer service, and hospitality. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key to delivering high-quality meals. Please be aware that we need someone can work morning shift from 10:30am.
Responsibilities
- Cut fresh fishes and veges on the menu.
- Maintain high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies as needed.
- Help the front line crew member to take orders as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
- Can start to work from 10:30am. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Speak English.
