Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and dependable Front Line Crew Members to join our poké restaurant team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, assembling fresh poké bowls, assisting with basic food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided on the job.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter
- Assemble poké bowls according to customer selections and restaurant standards
- Assist with basic food preparation (portioning ingredients, prepping toppings, sauces, and garnishes)
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, counter area, and workstations
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
