Role Description The Store Manager at Pokémoto is a full-time, on-site role based in Ledyard Center, CT, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the team. This role includes scheduling and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Store Manager monitors food quality, inventory levels, and ensures thr store is always at peak performance standards. This role is also a tipped position.
Qualifications
