Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the golf course and surrounding areas are kept in excellent playing condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to uphold the course’s visual appeal.
- Operate and maintain power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools to ensure efficient turf care.
- Assist with soil preparation, fertilization, aeration, and other land improvement activities to promote lush growth.
- Support seasonal planting projects and landscape enhancements that enhance the course’s aesthetic value.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed while handling equipment related to gardening and landscaping.
Experience
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Prior golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $21.87 per hour
