What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Points 2 Marketing?
Points 2 Marketing is an innovative and creative agency that works with retail and healthcare companies. We have a special niche' and we do almost everything for our companies from websites, to recruitment, email marketing, events, employee retention and appreciation, and social media. *NOTE THIS CAN BE 4 DAY WEEK POSITION IF NEEDED, THIS POSITION IS FLEXIBLE HOURS. IT COULD BE A PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME POSITION.
This person must be able to multi-task and work with different companies. Each day is a different day with different job duties.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Develop content for social media channels and put in calendars for our social media employee
- Communicate with client partners about their projects
- Be organized and able to jungle multi companies and stay on dead lines
- Handle different projects and communicate with the business owners
Requirements: Qualified applicants will have:
- Having an agency-side experience developing social media creative, editing copy and engaging with page visitors, is plus
- Flawless spelling and grammar
- HR experience is bonus
- Experienced with social ad management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
- Having healthcare knowledge is huge bonus
- The desire and willingness to learn new skills
- Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for the fashion industry is a plus, since we do retail companies too.
- The charm to build relationships (internally and with clients)
- Love for numbers. Experience with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other measurement tools
- Being able to go clients places and taking photos and videos for Social Media post
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
