Job Title: Pick/Pack Associate
We’re hiring a reliable Pick/Pack Associate to help us fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule
- Start Time: 6:00 AM
- Days: Sunday – Thursday
- Hours: (Full-time—hours may vary based on business needs)
Pay
- $16.00 per hour
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, move, bend, and work efficiently for extended periods
Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory locations according to order instructions
- Pack products using correct materials and packing procedures
- Verify quantity, product type, and labels to ensure orders are correct
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety rules and warehouse procedures at all times
- Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfillment experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
